Trupart Manufacturing's precision laser cutting services are geared for the production needs of a wide range of industries and applications. For precision laser cutting they operate a CO2 gaseous type precision laser, configured with a flying optic. These systems features a power output of 200 to 4400 Watts, tight nesting capabilities, which support cutting speeds of 20 to 1800 inches per minute. Equipped with 2-axis cutting this machine produces accuracy to ±0.002" and can accommodate work pieces up to 10' long, 5' wide and 0.010" to 1" thick. Trupart's precision lasers are designed to work on a variety of raw materials, from stainless steel to titanium. In addition a shuttle table provides "lights out" manufacturing.
