ABRASIVE CUTTING QUALITIES
Depending on your needs, we adjust the
water pressure at different speeds.
The speed of the cutting process used
is reflected in the quality and time required to machine your components.
Below is a photo showing the different
results using various cutting speeds.
Each number on the photo correlates to the
description to shows you the advantages and disadvantages.
1. Ideal for inexpensive parts where high
tolerance is not required. It is the fastest cut
speed with the worst qualities.
2. This is cutting
speed is the most often used quality. It is a little slower, sacrificing time for a better quality.
3. Is the middle quality. Both quality and
price is outstanding. Most of the time 2nd operations are not
required.
4. Quality is very good and can be
expensive. It is a rarely used quality.
5. Finish is support
and is the slowest of all cutting
process. It is also very expensive and is
rarely or never used.
